A new way to so-called Monkey Trail at Birches Valley Forest Centre, which was in the woods near Rugely Cannock in the Midlands has been revealed. The creation of the new track was only part of an ongoing project worth £ 200,000 and backed by Giant MTB, to improve facilities for visitors, especially mountain bikers in the woods.
The forest is already very popular with cyclists because it is the home of the already popular “follow the dog” way, but the giant mountain bike at home, it will become more popular, now that improvements have led to something for everyone. Changes and improvements of several tracks, including cross-country benefits, downhill and enduro family that means that every trace in the region to enjoy regardless of their ability.
Giant MTB supported the project in line with its commitment to promoting the bicycle as a viable mode of transport as well as a leisure activity and healthy green. The course was built with local materials wherever possible to reduce pollution further.
